Yeast Experiment

This week we have been doing an experiment to see if yeast helps bread rise. A group has been making big piles of dough, they used seven grams of yeast. The next group are going to make the same thing but with double the amount of yeast, 14grams. Mr Jefferies helped us with the measuring and the amount of yeast we put in.

When we were doing the science experiment we knew we had to keep everything the same, apart from the amount of yeast, and that's how you do a fair test.
