These are some of the good things the girls did in this video:- They looked at who they where passing to. One girl was shouting for the ball and in the end she got it. They stayed behind the person with the ball. One of the girls drew the man (this means that they passed the ball at the right time so that the other two girls have space to scrore a try) They did well!! We played rugby on the yard for games. We were lucky that the weather was nice. They drew the man very well. (This means that they passed the ball at the right time to get past the defenders.) They passed well and looked at who they were going to pass to. They were running fast so they could disable the defenders. It was a fun time and we could see how to improve by watching this video. I think that they did play very well and they enjoyed it too! They were very enthusicastuic about the game and they demonstrated the skills in rugby well! :) Written by Codi, Natalie and Amber. Watch carefully. See how the player with the ball passed at just the right moment. Not too soon and not too late.

Today we went for a walk to find different kinds of seeds. We found loads of different seeds. We were learning about how they spread (disperse) because if the little plant was by the big plant the little one woudn't get much sun or nutrients. We found out that seeds disperse in many different ways. These are the ways; they could get blown away, bird droppings, drop and roll, burst or they could shake off. If you want to find out more about how the seeds disperse, there is a really good website here Wales is in the Rugby World Cup which starts tomorrow. It will be held in New Zealand. Wales were 3rd the last time it was played there. We played rugby on the yard for games today. Wales play South Africa on Sunday. Good luck Wales! I like rugby but my favourite sport is football. Swansea are now in the Premier and play Arsenal away on Saturday. Come on the Jacks! Wow!!!!It is fab to see all of our friends again. We all were excited to be in Y6 as well.TOP OF THE SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All the boys got seats by their friends and so did the girls (Sir said for now!!) Even though it was our first day back we still had to do work. We did Maths and 10 quick questions on addition sums. We were both very excited and giddy. Our Maths was awesome. We are all looking forward to the year ahead of us with surprises and awesome times. |
