Here are today’s tasks:-


1. SUMDOG - I have set a times tables check where you can find out what tables you need to work on.


2. SEESAW - What is your favourite number?

3. SEESAW - Vocabulary Ninja: write sentences using the words.

4. I have added extra classes in the Numeracy section of NEO. Try completing the addition and subtraction class to gain lots of points and TWO mastery badges.


5. SEESAW - Read the story ‘Staying Out’ in preparation for a story you will write this week.


Our topic this term is ‘The Olympics’. I know it has been postponed to next year but it is such an interesting topic. Our science is staying healthy and the human body.


A challenge I set at the beginning of this topic is to learn all the Summer Olympic host cities from 1896 to present day.

You should be aiming to do between 1-2 hours of concentrated work a day. From feedback before the holiday break, the work I was setting was taking between 45 minutes to an hour to complete.


Look in the shared file on the Olympics in Hwb for ideas of missions you could carry out.
